Stud Contract



By breeding to this Paxian Stud, you agree to be bound by the following conditions:


1. This particularly high quality Stud is only available to high quality *Gold and Blue papered mares. Please do not expose him to foundation, Generation 1, or Generation 2 stock.


2. Run all foals through Showing Aptitude Test and gelding advice, as appropriate. If geld/spay is indicated, please comply. Fillies may NOT be kept intact for ET purposes. It is also highly encouraged to PT test all foals produced. Please paper all geldings and colts upon birth and mares as able.


3. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in barring of all access to Paxian studs and mares for an indefinite amount of time as chosen by the stock Owner. Appeals and extenuating circumstances are heard and decisions to restore access to Paxian breed are made on a case-by-case basis.
